Our Christmas was so amazing!

Hudson is so adorable and enjoyed celebrating his first Christmas at nana & granddaddy's house! He also had fun with the wrapping paper and a little snuggle with Uncle Craig!

It was so fun watching Taylor...she was very excited about opening presents but she couldn't decide whether to play chase with Oliver or open presents! (Oliver is John & Charity's dog) It is so fun having grandbabies here at Christmas!

Then we also had a dinner at our home and enjoyed spending more time together.

Our Christmas was soooo special this year! We had the blessings of our new family members including Craig, Taylor and baby Hudson!

We had a dinner at Sarah & Craig's beautiful home and his parents, Mike & Linda, and his sister Kristen were able to celebrate with us.

Visit to Jane & Pete's in North Carolina

In November we went to visit Jane & Pete at their home in

North Carolina. Sarah & Craig came along with us and we had a

lot of fun!
Since Jane was feeling pretty good we went on an excursion to see
the beautiful area around where they live. We took a little hike and
enjoyed the fresh mountain air...It was a wonderful visit and so good to see Jane & Pete.
Kevin & Jane cracked me up when they had the same expression in this photo!

Hudson turns 4 months old!

Hudson is 4 months old! What a big boy! And so cute...we got to babysit while daddy & mommy went out for the evening. So nana & grandaddy had fun playing with Hudson, giving him a bath, feeding him and spending time cuddling in the rocking chair. He fills our heart...

35 years together

November 16, 2008 Kevin and I celebrated 35 years together as husband and wife! What a wonderful blessing God has given us in each other. Still in love after all these years...We had a great time celebrating on the Plaza in downtown Kansas City Missouri. Sarah, Craig, John & Charity surprised us with a getaway weekend! We spent the evening watching the Plaza come to life with Christmas lights and then a nice dinner. The weather was perfect...cold but not unbearable. Just right for Starbucks!

As the summer fun continued we anticipated the birth of our first grandchild with great expectation! He arrived a few weeks early and stole our hearts from the moment we first laid eyes on him. His name is Hudson Eliott and he is amazing! We cherish every moment we get to see him.
